Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or
navigating a challenging season of life, I go beyond “Talk Therapy.”

Grounded in evidence-based and experiential approaches – including
Polyvagal Theory, somatic work, mindfulness, yoga, DBT, CBT, and
Psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. My work supports nervous
system regulation and deeper integration, creating the conditions for
true healing that extends beyond coping or temporary relief.

Teen Support

I am passionate about working with teenagers
and understand how overwhelming life can feel
at this age. I help them develop awareness,
coping strategies, and self-confidence to navigate
challenges more effectively so they can grow and
thrive in their lives.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

This gentle and safe way of expanding consciousness
temporarily relaxes the ego and opens a window of neuroplasticity
in the brain. In guided sessions, it allows for deep insight,
emotional release, and the development of new neural pathways
supporting profound healing and transformation.
